Kemp is an industry vet who worked his way up the ranks using his sales and managerial chops. As a general and hotel manager of three of the world’s largest hotels, he proved himself to be one of the strongest salespeople Gaylord Hotels had ever seen and quickly became their Chief Sales Officer. He believes in bringing a critical eye to data, and using it to become as efficient as possible. Data is only useful if translated properly, and Kemp’s history as a record-setting salesperson gives him the insight to help clients and hotel partners accurately make sense of the data they receive.
