GroupSync Instant Book and Marriott Bonvoy® Giveaway Terms & Conditions
This promotion is only open to Eligible Participants. An “Eligible Participant” is a Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program (“Marriott Bonvoy”) member who books a room block or meeting/event space using GroupSync Instant Book and otherwise satisfies all of the requirements of these Terms and Conditions (the “Ts & Cs”).
By taking part in this promotion, Eligible Participants confirm that they accept these Ts & Cs.
To be eligible for this promotion, each Eligible Participant must enter his/her Marriott Bonvoy member number in the billing screen during the Instant Book check out. Each Eligible Participant who enters his/her Marriott Bonvoy member number as described herein will automatically be eligible for the additional points described in these Ts & Cs.
Employees of GroupSync and Marriott International are not eligible for this promotion and are not Eligible Participants.
Promotion is available for Eligible Participants who book room blocks or meeting/event space via GroupSync Instant Book between October 1stand December 31, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”), and whose event concludes on or before December 31, 2025. If the Event is canceled, it will not be eligible for Points.
Eligible Participants will earn 20,000 additional Marriott Bonvoy Points.
The additional Points can only be earned by an Eligible Participant once during the Promotion Period.
Each Eligible Participant’s additional Marriott Bonvoy Points will be deposited in his/her account up to 60 business days after the conclusion of the event.
This Promotion may be combined with other promotions in the market during the same time; however, earnings are exclusive of each other. Promotion is applicable to individual members only. Marriott International, Inc., is not responsible for omissions or typographical errors. Void where prohibited by law.
All GroupSync Instant Book terms and conditions apply.
This promotion is non-transferable.
Marriott International reserves the right to withdraw the promotion or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason, and without any liability to customers for doing so.
