Hotels typically receive GroupSync leads via email sent to a nominated lead catcher we have on file. Upon receiving a lead, an account is automatically created for the recipient in the system. Once the account set-up is completed by the recipient of the RFP, they will be able to access and respond to the lead directly in GroupSync.

Groups360 sources hotel content from various providers, including direct feeds from major hotel chains. For most properties, we obtain your hotel content directly from Northstar Travel Media.
