Groups360 is excited to announce our participation in Oracle Hospitality Innovation Week — a virtual event taking place June 22-26, 2020 — represented by David O’Donohoe, vice president of brand engagement. The theme of the Oracle event is “Accelerating innovation for the new next.”
Oracle Hospitality Innovation Week participants will explore a variety of software solutions for hospitality businesses that are integrated with Oracle applications. Oracle plans to feature solutions that will drive recovery of the hospitality industry, including safety mandates and contactless technology. Attendees have integrated or are working toward integration with Oracle Hospitality solutions such as OPERA or Simphony.
Groups360 is also part of the Oracle PartnerNetwork, which “provides partners with the resources needed to be successful in today’s global economy.” Groups360’s primary software service is GroupSync, an online sourcing platform powered by proprietary algorithms and market data to deliver more targeted RFPs.
GroupSync also offers direct-booking capabilities through software that is integrated with Oracle MICROS Opera. GroupSync can automate small and simple bookings, including meeting space, food and beverage, and A/V, freeing up hotel staff to spend more time on higher value events. The result is reduced costs and increased revenue for hotels and an enhanced customer experience for meeting planners.
